Photos
Photographs have been in existence since the mid to late 1800’s. This is especially true after the Eastman Kodak company of the 1880’s. They gave families the ability to take their own photographs. You may have a vast amount of photographs if your family carefully handed them down through the years. How do you care for them?
The Genealogy Discussion Group for May will be on “Photos” – discussing how to handle photographs. This will include: How to store photos, how to edit them and how to resolve the mysteries of undated or unmarked old photos.
The Genealogy Discussion Group meets on the third Tuesday of each month from 10 a.m. to 12 noon in the Genealogy Library at the Old Jail Museum. For more information contact librarian@kosciuskohistory.com.
