The Kosciusko County Genealogy Group is hosting Tamara Hemmerlein, Director of Local History Services at the Eugene and Marylyn Glick Indiana Historical Center in Indianapolis.  She will share information about “Preserving Family Documents” on Tuesday, September 20th at the Old Jail Museum, 121 North Indiana Street in Warsaw.  Parking is in the back lot, please use the back door to enter.  We will be meeting from 10 a.m. to Noon.

Family heirlooms are tangible connections to our past and act as touchstones for our present.  Caring for them properly helps to ensure that they can be passed down through the generations.  This presentation will give you information about how to care for the objects that help you tell your family stories.
