One of our featured exhibits this season at the Old Jail Museum is a display honoring our Vietnam era veterans. In conjunction with this exhibit, we will be hosting an event on Friday April 21 as a part of Third Fridays. We will be having a memorial program that will feature guest speaker Ken Locke, a tolling of the bell along with a reading of the Vietnam Honor roll, and a salute and taps by the American Legion. We will also be hosting a museum open house, and are hoping to have a military vehicle display. We urge all vets and members of the public to attend to show our gratitude and support for these veterans. The Historical Society wishes to gratefully acknowledge the staff at McHatton Sadler Funeral Chapels for their generous support in helping to make this program possible.

Open house is from 5-8 and the Ceremony will begin at 6.
