The Genealogy Discussion Group will be talking about border crossings. For genealogists, border crossing records can be valuable for tracing family history and revealing details about your ancestors’ journeys. Records exist for arrivals into the United States from Canada between 1895 and 1956, including those from seaports and railroad stations. On the United States-Mexico Border records exist for arrivals into the United States from Mexico between 1895 and 1964, Records may also exist for crossings between other countries depending on the specific time period and location.
